Are we renting the lights and decorations from Quality Christmas Lights or do we own them?
-Yes, basically you are renting them. We own and supply all lights and decorations.
How do you determine your pricing?
-Our pricing factors in difficulty, materials, electrical limitations, install date, and estimated time
When do you take the lights and decorations down?
-Take downs begin on January 2nd. We have all lights down by January 15th.
Will you install lights that we already own?
-No. At this time, we only install and work with our own lights and decorations. However, if you have something you want put up, we may be able to help.
How much does it cost to have lights installed and taken down?
-It really is a broad range. We handle jobs of many sizes. Rooflines start at $200
Do you require a deposit prior to service?
-Yes, once you decide on a design and price, we require a 50% deposit. The rest is due at the time of service
What happens if my lights stop working or something falls?
-Our service covers anything like this. We fix or replace anything out at NO additional cost.
Do I need to be home for the installation?
-In most cases, you do not. Most of what we do is on the outside. However, we will let you know in advance if we need access to the inside.
